Icematic N132M–N502M modular
Modular cuber with ice thickness sensor, swinging deflector bin switch, condenser sensor and a pressure control. Alarm states show on the last LEDs of the PC board.
What it is: Modular cube ice machine. N132M, N192M, N202M, N302M, N402M and N502M.
Key combo: No menu. Most alarms recover by themselves; a high pressure trip needs the pressure control reset button.
Icematic N132M–N502M modular error codes
| Code | Meaning | Likely cause | How to reset |
|---|---|---|---|
| Last two red LEDs on steady | Condenser sensor out of order | Sensor or wiring | Replace the sensor. |
| Last two red LEDs blinking slow | Water error: sump level still low 3 min after the inlet valve opened | Water off, low pressure, blocked inlet valve | Recovery is by refilling through the inlet valve. |
| Last two red LEDs blinking fast | Water error recovery (refilling) | After a water error trip | — |
| 4th red LED on steady | Harvest longer than 3 min 30 s | Hot gas valve, deflector switch, ice not releasing | — |
| 4th red LED blinking slow | Condensing temperature over 65 °C | Dirty condenser, fan, hot room | Recovers when the condenser falls below 50 °C: fan runs 3 min, then start-up. |
| 5th red LED on steady | Discharge pressure over 33 bar (460 psi) | Dirty condenser, fan fault, water supply | Press the reset button on the pressure control. The fan runs 3 min, then start-up. |
Key limits
| Code | What it does | Range | Default / typical |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ice sensor contact | Water on the probe this long starts harvest | fixed | 10 s |
| Bin full | Deflector held open this long stops the unit | fixed | 30 s |
| Max harvest | Harvest alarm | fixed | 3 min 30 s |
| Condenser alarm | High condensing temperature | fixed | 65 °C (resets below 50 °C) |
| High pressure | Manual reset pressure control | fixed | 33 bar / 460 psi |
Notes
- The manual lists a maximum freeze time that depends on fan run time during freeze; check the table in the manual for your model.
For licensed technicians only. This equipment can involve mains voltage, high-voltage microwave circuits, gas and refrigerant. Isolate power (and gas) before opening panels, follow the manufacturer's manual and your local licensing rules (for example ARC refrigerant handling and electrical or gas licences). Wrong settings can spoil food or damage equipment. Check every value on the unit in front of you before changing it.
