Full Gauge TC-970E Log / pECO
Large-format controller with four probes, pressure and voltage protection, clock, HACCP logging and data logger. Only the messages and menu access are listed here; the full manual runs to about 147 settings.
What it is: Refrigeration controller with data logger
Key combo: Press ▲ and ▼ together for the main menu, choose Code and enter the access code from the manual. Hold ▼ 4 s for manual defrost; hold the menu key 4 s to switch control off.

How to enter service / parameter mode
- Set point: hold SET 2 s until SP shows.
- Main menu: press ▲ and ▼ together (short press). Choose Code, press SET and enter the access code from the manual to allow changes or to set the clock.
- Hold ▼ 2 s for the min/max log; hold ▲ 4 s to view process steps and the other probes.
- Hold the SET key 2 s to open the HACCP menu.
- A second code from the manual selects °C or °F.
