Elitech ECS-961neo

One-probe, one-relay (17 A) cabinet controller with off-cycle defrost timing, cooling or heating mode, and an access-code administrator menu.

E1	Probe fault	Room probe open or shorted	Compressor follows Ont/OFt: Ont 0 = off, OFt 0 = on, both above 0 = cycling. Clears once the probe reads.

How to enter service / parameter mode

Hold Set for 5 seconds: PA1 shows. If PA1 is set to 0 the administrator list opens directly.
Otherwise press Set (00 shows), enter the administrator access code with up/down and press Set. If the code is right the list opens at diF; if wrong, the controller drops back to normal.

How to change and save a setting

Pick a code with up or down and press Set.
Adjust with up or down, then press Set to go back to the list.
Press the defrost key, or wait 30 s, to save and exit.

Notes

The manual's display-code table swaps the meanings of uP and do. The key steps (up = upload to card, down = download to controller) are the reliable part.
Defrost is off-cycle: the compressor simply stops for dEt minutes.
